What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept all major commercial insurance plans and Medicare. Find your plan below to ensure we’re in-network. If we’re out-of-network with your plan, we offer self-pay options and can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact us with any questions.

Is Membership required for gynecologic care?
No. Membership is required for all obstetric patients and a few of our most-senior physicians, but many of our practitioners see gynecology patients without a Membership.
Do you offer Telemedicine appointments?
No. We only offer in-person visits to ensure the highest quality care and thorough evaluations.
Do you offer Same-Day or Urgent appointments?
Yes. Members receive priority access to same-day appointments for urgent concerns.
How do I contact my provider between visits?
Members have direct access to their providers for urgent medical issues. For non-urgent questions, please contact us by phone, email, or through the Patient Portal. We respond to messages within one business day.
Will I see the same provider throughout my pregnancy?
Yes. We prioritize continuity of care, and patients can generally expect to see the same provider for both prenatal care and delivery, with trusted cross-coverage available when needed. This continuity is increasingly rare in modern, large-group-focused Obstetrics.
Which hospitals do your providers deliver at?
Please contact our office for details of hospital deliveries of each of our individual providers. In broad strokes, our Boca Raton team delivers at West Boca Medical Center and Boca Raton Regional Hospital and our Hollywood team delivers at Memorial Hospital.
